Academy Role:  Senior Sports Scientist – Joint Appointment with Victoria University

Education:  PhD in Skill Acquisition and Learning from University of Ballarat

Bachelor of Science (Exercise and Health Science) from University of Western Australia

Research Interests:  Athlete Talent Development pathways; Coach Development; Coaching Environments to promote athlete learning

Academic Career:  Paul has extensive sports science research experience working on athlete talent development projects at Victoria University and the University of Sydney. Paul has taught into undergraduate sports science and physical education courses at Victoria University, University of Sydney, Deakin University and University of Ballarat. Paul has been at Maribyrnong Sports Academy since November 2017
