Here is your chance to send a message to MSA’s Commonwealth Games Heroes to let them know that the whole school is behind them and cheering them on at the 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham.
The 2022 Commonwealth Games run from the 28th July to 8th August 2021
Jacob Schueler has been selected in the Australian Badminton team to play in the Men’s Teams and individual events. Jacob won the Australian National Title in 2022
His first day of Competition is Saturday the 30th of Juy

Celeste Mucci has been selected in the Australian Athletics team to run in the 100m Women’s Hurdles and 4 x 100 Women’s Relay. This is Celeste’s second Commonwealth Games having competed on the Gold Coast in 2018
Her first day of Competition is Friday the 5th of August

Gronya Somerville has been selected in the Australian Badminton team to play in the Teams and individual events. Gronya won the Australian National Title with her partners in both the Women’s and Mixed Doubles in 2022

Lucas Plapp has been selected in the Australian cycling track team to compete in Birmingham 2022. Lucas won Olympic Bronze in Tokyo in 2021 with the Australian pursuit team.
His first day of Competition is Friday July the 29th.
