Welcome to the Presentation Mark McAllion did regarding the proposed MSA Structure fro 2023

A few things to note;

• The presentation starts about 10 seconds in – after a bit of background noise etc. and goes for about 15 mins.

• If the structure is introduced next year as proposed it will not mean that Mark will not be involved in the operations of the Academy or won’t be communicating with staff. It would mean that Mark won’t be as deep into the day-to-day operations as he is now, but he will always be accessible to assist, support or discuss issues with you all as required/desired.

• The proposed structure isn’t about continuing to do things the way we have previously, it’s about continuous improvement and being ready for and able to respond to the challenges ahead (some which are obvious and some which are emerging).
