Athlete and Student Wellbeing
The MSA Student-Athlete Wellbeing team is aiming to provide an educational and high-performance experience that highlights the key skills and responsibilities needed to thrive in a high-performance setting and flourish as positive role models within the community.
We look to be a contact point for student-athletes to have discussion regarding their current training, academic, or life demands. We also seek to facilitate further input from specialist expertise such as the MSA Sports Dietitian and/or Performance Psychologist.
