Congratulations to Alana Cortelino who was brought on as a substitute to make her debut for Australia (Junior Matildas) in the opening match vs Philippines for the AFF U18 Women’s Championships being hosted in Myanmar, Indonesia.

Commonwealth Games

Celeste Mucci made the semi-finals of the 100m Hurdle World Championships.  Unfortunately for Celeste her race was over when she hit the Second last hurdle, but there is no doubt that she is in great form making the top 24 at the World Champs and we look forward to seeing how she goes against the best in the Commonwealth.

Joining Celeste at the Commonwealth Games this week are Lucas Plapp in Cycling and Badminton’s Gronya Somerville and Jacob Schueler.  We wish them all the best.
