A woman is standing on a Pilates reformer machine with her arms raised, holding a pole, while a trainer assists her by supporting her back. The woman is wearing shorts, a sports shirt, and socks, and the trainer is wearing a dark jacket with yellow accents. The setting appears to be a Pilates or fitness studio with wooden accents and other people visible in the background.

Rehabilitation & Physiotherapy

Unfortunately, injuries can occur when playing sports. At MSA, our priority is to support student-athletes to return to training and competition as safely, appropriately and efficiently as possible, while minimising the risk of further injury.

MSA works also in partnership with Complete Balance Physiotherapy, providing student-athletes with access to high-quality physiotherapy care at a discounted rate.  Appointments are available on site at MSA during HPP classes, lunchtime and after school.

Each year level has a designated Rehabilitation Coordinator who works closely with student-athletes within HPP and ASP classes to support them back to training and competition.
